Society Philosophy and Values The Cowichan Valley FAS Action Team communicates and works with others in a conscientious, empathic and persistent way. We provide support to individuals, families and communities by responding to needs and by building on gifts and capacities. Creative resourcefulness underlies our search for alternatives and assists in the realization of our mission and goals. We acknowledge the many sources of expertise pertaining to FASD, including education, training and life experiences.
